Damn joke they charge you one thing when you come one day and then they charge you something else the next time I advised nobody to come over here because the owner or manager whatever he is have the nastiest attitude I have ever seen they will never get my business again
Might just be the most irresponsible shop in Lafayette. Go in for an oil change and an inspection come out with no headlights and a burnt wiring harness. Avoid these frauds.
Very sh**y work. Wife went get oil changed there and when she got home I noticed their tech was freakn sloppy!!! Oily fingerprint/handprints all over the car also spilt oil when taking out filter. I'm boutta go raise hell for sure
They wanted to charge my wife for oil and filter that she bought herself. Instead of helping a customer and being fair they told her she would be charged the FULL price even if she had the oil and filter to bring to them -- she only wanted them to install it. Never heard of such greed and unfairness to people. They surely have lost our business for 2 cars and will get bad rep from me to every one I speak to. NO REFERRALS and NO business from me or my friends.
I just had my Tahoe washed for $25 and is was very quick in and out. Getting home, I found out why: inside rear and side doors not clean. Tires should have been cleaned better. I had to spend 1/2 hour going over it for bugs left, etc. I normally spend 10 minutes or so, but this was too much left off. It is my last time there!
