I rely a lot on customer reviews and I will have to say that all have not been too good. I have been taken advantage of a few times. I do find it pretty hard to find an honest , just and upright garage that I can rely on for good work and honesty. I would like to pay a complement to Jack furrier tire and auto on N. Oracle rd. In Oro valley. I have used this garage a few times before so when my pickup died on me, I thought my alternator was bad as my battery was only a month old. I took my mini van into get 4 new tires and a complete oil change. They were friendly and finished quicker than i thought they would. When i got home my husband was checking it out to see our same old nasty oil filter still on the van. I was charged 29.99+ tax for a service they did not do. When we questioned them about it no one apologized or tried to make it right. We got our refund and left. Honest and great business to deal with. Furrier Tire and Auto Care has been taking care of my vehicles for over 20 years. They have always provided "Great Maintenance and Repair Services at a FAIR Price." I especially like the ease of setting an appointment and getting the work done quickly.

I stopped in at the I-10 Cortaro Road JFWT Auto Care center to have a flat tire repaired and mounted on my Subaru. ** greeted me at the service counter and listened to request, asked for my keys and directed me to the beverage counter and said it would be a few minutes. Thirty minutes later a technician parks my ride near the front door and ** showed me the nail removed from my tire. ** hands me my keys and told me to have a nice day and there is no charge for the tire repair and mounting. Took my wife's car to the oro valley location for a slow leak in a tire. They found that the inside of her tire had a slice exactly like a razor knife makes while I found this highly unlikely to just happen I gave them another chance and called at 10 am to get mount, balance, and alignment. They said they were busy but insisted the could handle my needs and made a 130 pm appt. At 230pm after sitting for a hour I was told I was still only 3rd in line.
