We have been getting our vehicles repaired with these guys for over 20 years. We have moved around town a couple of times and have used different locations for tires and repairs. We have always been extremely happy with the people and services at ***********************. They are honest and have helped us on many occasions. Our cars are not new and routinely need help, and these guys are the best!

My car serviced at *********************** located at oracle and *****, for 11 yrs. No problem. Recently, needed a battery. I have my car service same company but located at golflinks and ****. Yes, battery change Friday morning, pick up my car went home. As soon as I stop the car as I arrived home, this loud noise and smoke coming out under the hood. We did repair an A/C line and replaced the battery for them shortly before the car failed. When the car came in the ** line had come apart,it lost the refrigerant and dripped oil and green dye on the engine which caused the burning smell. Stop taking your auto to JF. All of them, especially the onenear 22nd and *******. I've had parts missing from my vehicles (plural) and had to purchase because JF wouldn't admit to fault. I've had hub caps missing because they installed HUBCAPs wrong. I've had parts loose because they did not check the vehicle before releasing it back to me. I took my Jeep about 4 months after changing the shocks, I felt like it was pulling to the side so I wanted to get an alignment. After looking at my Jeep and telling me they could align it, I waited 6 hours for them to tell me they couldnt align it because their clamps didnt open wide enough. On top of that, all of a sudden the bottom bolt to my shock is missing and they claim it showed up like that. We had been driving it for 4 months with new shocks and never had an issue. When he initially brought the vehicle in we told him we were backed up with work and it would be several hours before we could look at it.When we pulled it onto the alignment rack the first thing we noticed was the shock was hanging below the mount, it looked like the bolt had fallen out. Make sure the proper repairs are down and equipment is working properly. They replaced my air compressor and immediately there was an issue. Return and called mutiple times to fix and resolve issue. Management displays customer service satisfaction, but it is all a front. Play nice, huh. Business is business. I am not satisfied with services and outcome, nor was it corrected.
