Soda machine was 3/4 empty. Had no lids for cups. Did not get my receipt, and all sauces in the lobby were out while a lady manager sat in the lobby talking with some salesman. And it was middle of lunch rush.
Terrible food. Dirty lobby. They gave my kid expired apples. Took forever to get food. Texans & former Texans do not, I REPEAT ... DO NOT EAT HERE. Save yourself. This is not the same Jack in the box we are use to... I'm praying my family doesn't get food poisoning.
I've been to plenty of Jacks in Texas and this was pretty much my worst experience ever at one. Maybe because it's the only one in Kansas it doesn't know how to run correctly but I waited almost 45 min for my burger when they weren't that busy and the lobby standards were subpar. Food was good at least, but that staff needs to be trained right. Owner should be ashamed of themselves for letting their crew run like that.
