We sat forever in the drive-thru before someone took our order. I ordered a chicken pita and was very disappointed and not impressed with my food. The pita was extremely small and only halfway filled. I only had 3 small pieces of chicken. Don’t be fooled by the advertisement pictures. The pita was a waste of money.
don't even bother going thru the drive thru! wait for ten minutes to be asked and when I drive by the window their all just talking to each other
At 5pm on a Friday... Drive Thru was blocked by a parked car..... The door was locked. No signs about it being closed..... The only signs were to order pick up. There were two cars in the parking lot. Several people came and went as I tried to figure out what was going on. Everyone seemed to eb as confused as I was. I won't be trying again.
Get your orders right. I haven't received a complete order at this location, ever.

Employees not following safety protocols around the food. No masks, no gloves and just playing around the food

This location, on Johnson Drive, is incredibly slow. Even when there are a couple cars in the drive through, it takes nearly 20 minutes to get served. It’s not like it’s Chick-fil-A with cars wrapped around the building. Speed it up.
Work the night shift on a ambulance went to get some dinner because we have been running all night and they say they are open 24hrs dining and drive thru. The ambulance won’t fit in the drive thru not a problem went to go inside to order because it says 24hrs on Friday but the door was locked.

I haven't been to this location in over 2 months because every time I go here in the Drive-Thru I get horrible service. I ordered two tacos and a crispy chicken salad I waited over 25 minutes and they told me it was because of the chicken it doesn't take 25 minutes to fry some chicken.
