I just sat in the drive thru for 24 minutes before I got my food. Last time I use my lunch break for this place.
We have been waiting over a half hour for our food. Had to give them our receipt for them to recreate our order. When it finally came out, all but one of our four orders was wrong. We got our money back and left. We won't be back.
Terrible service. Don't go here if you are in a hurry. Very slow. So disappointed! Won't return. Have been sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes! Still waiting.
Waited in line for a good 30 mins, at 7pm, store was out of everything we originally wanted, and customer service was awful. Currently still waiting in line so i don't even know how the food actually is... But it better be good for all this.
Been waiting in the drive through line for 20 minutes now. Only one car ahead of me. No apology.
Went for tacos only which tells alot about the place. They were fresh, lettuce crisp, cooked right. They did ask if I wanted hot sauce, etc. 2 thumbs up .
I just went through the drive thru and was pleasantly surprised at the prompt friendly greeting. The gentleman that was working the window was polite and very cheerful. From the time I pulled up and ordered to the time I left it didn't take more than 5 minutes (this was with me being the fifth car in line). Looked to be only two crew members there but that didn't stop them from giving great, speedy service. I will highly recommend and will be visiting again.
