Everyone at this location is what customer service is all about. This young Lady goes above and beyond and is probably the best customer Service Rep. I've had the pleasure to meet.
I drove 3 hrs from Omaha to Kansas city just to eat in there, yep i wasn't disappointed. I am waiting for Jack in the box to hear my prayers to come to omaha !

Awesome drive-through service. A truck in front of me had a trailer and I had to back up so the trailer could turn the corner the wheels were going through the rocks in through the grass. The window lady was very patient. I even talked to the district manager and complimented how well everyone handled it.
So we bought some tacos. And one of them had a what seemed to be bitten or broken?? & it was basically empty inside. The other tacos weren't filled with any lettuce or beef or anything either pics in comments.
