My husband liked Jeff Jaccard and his partner, but he asked for a $250 consultation fee from us for stopping by for an hour to look at the project, which we paid immediately to show we were serious about hiring him. He then stopped responding about doing the work and we never heard from him again! We would have at the least appreciated a “no i don’t want to do this project” or “i can’t at this time”, but we texted and called multiple times to follow up and never heard from him again.
