When we bought our vehicle 2 years ago (next month) I was excited and happy with the deal we got. We do our best to gather information on used cars. A year after we had it we had to replace the Air Conditioner which was $1000. Then we had to have a tire replaced. When the tire shop lifted the van up my husband discovered the whole under carriage is rusted out! How am I ever going to resale it!? Bought a 2005 Taurus for my son. It broke down less than five miles from J3. I called them. No help. Said they might help pay me back after I find out what is wrong. They did not respond to my $300 towing bill or the $1750 in repairs. As of today, my several calls to Brandon or J3 has resulted in no help and they have not sent us the plates and sticker we paid for. Stay away from this place.
