Very quick response and professional work.
The only thing I never got a receipt either time they are there.
After assessing the problem, workers left with the leaking system/water supply left on. A neighbor saw the leaks and turned off the water supply.
He came right on time, early even. Very polite and seemed knowledgeable. He left though without much explanation, and left the work to his sons. Sons had to leave for a short time to get rotation heads that I would have thought they would have had with them. Never saw the owner again and he never called or followed up. We asked them to move some heads out from under a hedge; they said they did and charged us for it, but we later learned they did not. Joey did a great job -- scheduling took some extra time, but he did great work.
After reviving out of sight quotes his was right on the mark and he performed for the estimated rate. He immediately identified the issue got required parts and repaired in no time.

Professional, prompt, reasonable. They were obviously very experienced. The head gentleman diagnosed the sprinkler problem over the phone then located the faulty valve by tapping the ground with a spade within seconds. Would hire again and recommended to my neighbor. In fact I immediately hired them to lay some sod. Excellent work there too. TWO HIRES Home Advisor.
Repair was quickly made by two very pleasant young men. Both were very professional and they did a good job. We had a minor scheduling snafu due to weather and confusion, but overall I would use them again.
