They identified several sprinkler heads which needed to be replaced but never replaced them. Improperly diagnosed the timer system. They never noticed that the water was actually still turned off . They said there was a valve which needed to be replaced for $135 extra in addition to their $75 trip charge. Nothing got fixed at all- I ended up buying the valve myself for $25
Father and son. Second time I hired them. Prompt, personable and dependable. Would definitely hire them again.

They did a good job
I was very satisfied with all aspects of service, on time and completed job as scheduled. Dennis handled my job even while his wife in hospital having their first baby, honored commitment.
The installation of the irrigation system went ok. Never did get a contract but did get a receipt. I still have not received the rain sensor for my system. They also left supplies and equipment in my yard for a couple weeks after the job was done but after a couple phone calls they finally picked it up. Overall they are good to deal with but the small details get overlooked
Main water pipe they installed for the system leaks. I have called them multiple times and sent emails requesting that they make repairs, but they have not responded for 4 weeks. I now will have to hire another company to fix the leak.
Not pleased with this experience. My gas line and cable lines both cut. The lines were supposed to be marked to prevent this from happening. A couple of the valve covers are well above the ground level, which is unacceptable, but was told that was the most they could be lowered. In my opinion, the reason would be the lines were not placed deep enough for the valves to be at ground level. The owner was very pleasant, however, not totally happy with the end job.
