I recently purchased a home and discovered that the irrigation system had been neglected to the point where some portions of it were just bubbling water into the gutter vs actually spraying. Large sections of the lawn never received water at all while others were soggy. J & W not only responded to my request for a quote immediately (as soon as I clicked on "send")...they completed the service the next day. We had a terrible experience. This company is rated by the North Fla Better Business Bureau . Many complaints. We are disputing the Am Ex charge of $1,100 for what amounted to approximately $200 of work. They refused to provide a statement or invoice of any kind. They have a history of complaints about nit finishing the work.

Zero stars would apply. This vendor should not be on this network. J & W Irrigation provided a small fraction of the parts and services they said they would. They refused to give us an invoice or bill of any kind. They processed two Am Ex payments by forging my signature. They charged us $1,100 for replacing a few parts and misrepresented all aspects of their work. There are complaints with the North Florida Better Bussiness Bureau.

I hired J & W Irrigation and Repair, LLC to work on my sprinkler, identify the problem get the system going again, I mentioned to them I do not want to spent more than $300, I was asked to pay them $245 which I did, after they left I looked at the work and it was not complete and called Dennis and told him the work is not complete, Dennis said he will come back out and complete the work today and did not show, I have tried to reach them many times and no response, I finally got a response from Dennis and he said he would be ... read more
