We had a bad experience with another contractor and I was bracing for the worst but was pleasantly surprised, the engineer cleaned our A/C vents in less than an hour and uncovered a blockage that we had no idea about. He was really straight forward and I liked how he highlighted the possible long term affects if we did not take care of it.
We had them out to service and they found a fan motor that was worn out and needed to be changed. They did the complete service, parts change included, in an hour and a half. Our A/C system was making some odd noises.

Before the maintenance, our A/C was a little sluggish and not cooling adequately. The engineer was diligent in cleaning the unit and replacing the filters but mistakenly left some packing debris behind which we had to clean up ourselves. Overall, the system was working much better after their visit.
