Our POS system crashed during spring break. Thursday night we called them, bypassed a key station to get us up and running. Down one register we would of gotten slammed for the whole weekend waiting for a new touch screen to arrive via UPS. They drove up that night to pick one up in Miami in the morning and had us operating as normal by Friday afternoon. Would never consider calling anyone but them for any repairs in town. Very professional, quick and very reasonable rates.
Unparalleled service. That sums it up nicely. I use my laptop for work and am at a standstill without it. Within 30 minutes of calling I had a very professional technician at my home and hard at work correcting the problem. My wife, who went to school for computer website design, said that my hard drive had crashed and was beyond repair. They had it up and running like new in 15 minutes.
