I have not words for the Excellent and amazing Experience i had with JStar you have to check out the cars they have there...Just Wow.. The Staff was really polite and understanding in what i wanted... Can't wait to do it again.
Had a new Jeep key made to replace one that was lost. $232 for the key I can live with. Went to pick it up as they had to send out to get it cut. Wanted another $130 to program it!!! Not cool to spring this on me when the parts guy never said anything about an additional charge. I'm taking it to another dealer to get it done and I'll pay whatever they want. It's not the money but either their negligence or deception fornot telling me the total cost. It's like getting an oil change and then getting charged extra for the oil. ... read more
Just had the best experience over the weekend buy a truck from them. They were very personal and friendly. They were great with working with me on a price I can afford and getting me in the truck I wanted. I highly recommend jstar auto if you are looking for a new vehicle for yourself. Thanks again to Shawn and Chris for working with.
Just flat out good people doing business the right way
These people block wheelchair access for their photo opps. Look through the pictures and notice how many photos show their cars blocking wheelchair access. I would never shop there for that reason.
J star is awesome great people and honest and will treat you as family
