My boyfriend and I went into JStar auto last week and he purchased his first truck with the help of Nina! She did an amazing job, and really went above and beyond. Everything was very clear, and she was more than patient with us. We went in a little worried, and we were instantly relieved with the help of Nina. They are very personable and great talker but they don’t honor their Facebook price compare to their website price. They are very misleading and they denying that they have a Facebook page.
These people are liars! They tell you one thing to bait you then take you in a room and intimidate you, talk around your questions and bait and switch you! Try talking to them and get blamed that it’s your fault, your word against theirs and oh well you signed a contact! Was told this by 2 supposedly managers! DO NOT buy a car from these liars! Stay far away! Horrible customer service! Still waiting for items promised when I bought my car 2 months ago!!!! Typical sleazy car salesman!!!
