RecommendedAdam and Rob called ahead, were on-site an HOUR earlier than promised 🙂🙂 They conducted a thorough inspection of the lift system and found that my door had a small split where the lift arm attaches to the door. They also explained my options to replace the outdated motor. In about an hour they had replaced the motor with a modern machine. Likewise, they reinforced my door where the mechanism attaches -- saving me huge expense had the split widened and destroyed the door! Called Sunday morning not expecting nothing to happen until Monday. Adam showed up early and was very professional. He got me settled, new garage door ordered and scheduled installation. Very happy so far with their service. Adam is very positive and ready to provide great customer service.

I called regarding service late on Friday evening and had a technician scheduled for around noon Saturday. The technician (Adam) called about 20 minutes prior to his scheduled arrival to let me know he was enroute. He evaluated the problem and within an hour had a new garage door opener installed and working properly. He was very courteous and efficient. I am very pleased with the service I received.
Adam was on time (early, actually) and did a great job replacing my extension springs, rollers, and related hardware. Job was done quickly and professionally.
