I had a great experience with J & S Overhead Garage Door Service! First of all, it was so easy to make an appointment this morning from their website. No phone calls, no hold times! It was so quick and easy to schedule the appointment. I appreciated receiving text confirmation of the window of time I chose and then Adam, my technician, called when he was on the way also with an ETA. J&S Overhead Garage Door Service excellent company and customer service. Adam was the technician that came to fix my garage door opener. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and what it needed to be done to fix my garage door problem. He completed the work very quickly. He was also very patient in answering all of my questions.
