I backed into my garage door on a Saturday morning. My gararge wouldnt go up and down after due to being thrown off the tracks. A few of my panels were bent on the inside but it didnt affect the garage from functioning. J&S had Ronnie out to my home by noon. He was amazing, real people person. He got my garage back on the tracks. $55 fee they tell about upfront . $12 sur charge and $85 labor fee. Thankful I am able to get my garage up and down. Didn't have time to price shop so therefor I will give 4 out of 5 stars for now.
It's never a good time to have a garage door issue but it was a Sunday morning. We found J&S by doing a Google search and was impressed with prompt follow up call. While they did offer same day service it did't work with my schedule. They came out the next day, arrived on time and diagnosed the problem within minutes. Joe was very knowledgeable and had our door fixed in no time. We will definitley use J&S again if we need to!
