sold me a used car. battery had been disconnected to clear out the computer. They pushed an extended warranty on my purchase. two hour after getting home, it wouldn't start. had to jump it, fuel treatment, and it worked. next day, the check engine light came on. had it looked at. needed a. ew fuel pump. $1500 to fix. no way they didn't know. people were nice, but I'm not shopping there again.
RecommendedWe bought a car here yesterday. We were greeted promptly and treated very well during our visit. Jackie Greene was our sales consultant and she was great to work with. I absolutely recommend J. Pauley Toyota! We love our 2020 Camry.
I went in because I felt something was not right with my auto start but they couldn’t find anything, which is good. He told me if it happens again to bring it back and they would keep overnight to recheck after it had not been running. He was polite and did not treat me like an idiot. I will go back.
Poor service ! Lied to me. I would suggest you go somewhere else. I won’t be back.
great service department
I brought my 20011 Tundra for 100k service only, no other issues.service staff was friendly especially the mechanic that took time to drive my truck with me to see my concerns for himself. After service i could tell my truck was running better and i know they went through everything but i thought $2007.39 was pretty high for just some spark plugs and fluids, no other parts. But my Tundra has never leaked or dripped a drop of oil and its worth it to keep it that way.

Great place. Everybody feels special when entering, even a poor working person. Mr. J. Pauley introduced himself, very nice gentleman. Our salesman, Adam Robertson, great knowledgeable guy. They left me feeling like I now have a dealership home. Keep up the great work.
