Very helpful pleasant workers. Met with immediate helpful individuals to assist me with getting set up for inspection. It wasn’t long before I was called to be told tires rotated - oil change... general inspection complete. I was called many times previous to this month from warranty department telling me it was time to bring car in for inspection. I ignored calls & waited until mileage was accumulated to the 62000 miles needed. Love my dealership .. for their professionalism ...
This is the 4th Toyota that I have purchased from J. Pauley Toyota. Tony was my salesman for 3 of them. I have yet to wear out a Toyota, replacements were always because of accidents.
