Customer service was great
After a rocky start with the initial contact rep, things got resolved by the service manager and the service technician. They found several problems with my 4Runner that I didn't notice. The problems were all fixed and so far I am very satisfied with their work and effort to satisfy the customer. If I have the need, I will go back.
