Took time to explain %, procedures and success rates. Extremely thorough.
Doctor and staff were very considerate.
Check in experience was fast, the wait was reasonable. Staff needs to look at patient demographics when calling patient as this would help them to address patient as Mr or Mrs
Dr. Rachel and his staff were wonderful. All of them were very thorough and explained every detail as where I could understand procedures. I will recommend him to anyone that has medical issues in his field and I can't thank him enough for taking care of me which made my visit enjoyable.
Very kind person who seemed to genuinely care. Shattered my elbow in a fall and Dr. did radial head replacement surgery on my elbow. In therapy now but confident I will get most of my movement back. Lucky to have a surgeon in the area who could do this type of surgery.
I really like Dr Rachel. He is so friendly and down to Earth. He explained everything to me about my problem.
