First time at J Madison Wellness Spa and would go back again.I highly recommend them to all my family and friends. I had a Swedish massage with Megan and was very pleased. Megan was great from the minute I met her she was very thorough as far as asking if I needed special attention to certain spots and during the massage kept asking if everything was ok. If I can pick zero I would. Made an appointment by phone. Was told need credit card to charge 5.00??? Had to cancel that morning because I got called into work. Now credit card charged another 10.00. Called and was told by Kelly it was because I cancelled before 24 hours. I was never told that up front. Was told by Kelly, well that is why we take the card number. Enjoy the 15.00 you will never see me again .
Very relaxing atmosphere....very friendly staff first time in a long time that I got a massage and left feeling great!!! Would definitely refer people to go here and will definitely be retuen for more

Even though I like to go there, I was on the road and asked Siri to call and I was told the only way to hold my appointment is to hold it with a credit card. I couldn’t give it because obviously I was driving and couldn’t give my credit card information. I understand people cancel without calling however I always have showed up for all my appointments. Everyine is always so pleasant and accommodating! The spa is so clean! I have always received great service no matter what I am having done, from a massage with Mary Kay ( best deep tissue massage) to a pedicure from Dena (so sweet and always Happy) This is the Spa to go to for all your needs in one place
