First time at J Madison and I have to say Anita did a wonderful job! I’ve had my hair done at 20 different places and this is the first time I’ve actually been in love with my hair! She is very professional and knows what she is doing! Can’t wait to come back :)
There was was a slight error in my 1 service due to a lack of communication on their part. Therefore I had to have my second one done later but it was rectified and then I would rate them a 5 as I always do.
I always enjoy my visits to J Madison. The environment is perfect for a relaxing treat.
Since Anita trained and began using the Eugene Perma line my scalp is much less itchy after color (I am sensitive to color products) and have never received more compliments on the luminosity of my color. Love it! Keep this line, it's a winner! Massage with Mary K is my favorite member service. She always asks about where my problem spots are and focuses great attention to them, and makes customized recommendations that are spot on!
