I have always been pleased with my massages at J. Madison. I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. The entire experience beginning with the quiet room, followed by a massage, then returning to the quiet room for tea and a hot neck wrap is quite a treat!
Staff was absolutely wonderful. You felt comfortable the moment you walk in. And everyone is so accommodating! The place is so beautiful and clean but the staff makes it perfect!
Dina was amazing and made sure my nails were perfect for my wedding day! I couldn’t be happier with her service and sweet, sweet, personality!

The staff was very professional, on the phone when I made my appointment and the whole time I was at the facility! I received a massage, a facial, & a pedicure... all 3 services were unbelievable and all 3 employees were experts at what they do! Thank you for everything!
Had my first appointment with Anita on Saturday! I can’t wait for my next one. After 10 months without a haircut she made me look and feel beautiful! And when I went home my husband did a double take. I love my hair! Anita you are the bomb!
Mary Kay is amazing and gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. She made sure every tiny detail of my appointment was relaxing from the scents of oils she used to tucking me in with a plush blanket and neck wrap in the quiet room; everything was so personalized. I can't wait to see her next month ! I also get my pedicures done my Deena and she always takes such good care of me . She is very gentle but has such an attention to detail; I keep coming back !
