I really wanted to like this place. Everyone seemed very friendly. I had a full set of nails done with mediocre nail art. I still left Theresa a very generous tip because that is just me and she was very nice. Not even 24 hours later i go to pull my my visor down and a nail pops right off. i stop in to hopefully get it repaired and one technician had just finished a client and refused to do it. i imagine she thought that she wasn't the one who made the money so she wasnt doing it but I would never have made ANYONE do it for ... read more
Rude people . wife paid $45.00 for trash nail art and gave a 15 dollar tip . One nail fell off not even a day later and when she went back the next day to have it fixed nobody would fix it at this place. There were available technicians but each gave a petty excuse as to why they wouldnt fix it and asked if my wife would come back tomorrow. ONE NAIL , ONE NAIL ON A NEW CLIENT??? WOW ,GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
