Called Saturday at noon for an appt today. 3 days later I finally got a return call offering me an appointment for next week. Fortunately another local spa took the time to call me back promptly so I booked with them instead. Not able to review spa services with J Madison but customer service is clearly lacking and I will go elsewhere from now on

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about J Madison Spa! The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is so relaxing, and my services (especially with Dina) have been perfect.
I had a wonderful spa experience! The massage was amazing! I also had a facial which was very relaxing and my skin feels great. I loved getting a personal pedicure that didn't make me feel like I was on an assembly line. The staff is wonderful. And big thanks to my sweet husband for the gift card!
