I have been dealing with J & M condo for years now, Liset is my point of contact and she always replies quickly and tries to solve solutions as quickly as possible. Would recommend for property management!
Terrible management firm. One of its managers Michael Dubas was fined by DBPR for 1500 because he wasn't responding to owners in a timely fashion and lost 10 years worth of association records. The management was always slow to respond and had combative attitude towards owners, which is why they were fired.
