The best dealership ever! Everyone was very patient with me and I couldn’t be happier and thankful for walking out today with a vehicle.
Before we made two payments on the car it left us stranded with a $1200 repair. Jackson said tough luck, it was over 1000 miles. I understand the risk in buying a used car, but a company that wants to protect their reputation should stand behind something like this and work to make it right. Prior to this they had the car for almost 2 weeks to make other repairs, when we got it back, the issues still weren't fixed. They were in for a quick sale and refuse to stand behind their product.
