worst attempt at a car buying experience I have ever had. 0/10 recommend. almost impossible to get a call or email back, and had my credit ran by 2 different banks after selling the truck I was interested in and failed to let me know. manager emailed me after the fact to "make sure his team was handling everything the way I needed them too". after explaining to him what had happened in the email.... still no reply.
These guys are top notch. I bought a truck from them and have had zero issues from it. I went in knowing I’m buying a used vehicle and an expectation of finding something that I could possibly have to have work done to it but after putting 6K miles on it and driving it across state lines, not one issue has occurred. Thanks guys!
I bought a truck from them two weeks ago. Driving home right after buying it, the temp gauge wasn’t working. They tried to say they didn’t realize it wasn’t working even though they used the truck as a run around vehicle every day while they owned it. $200 later and only driving 10 miles, the check engine light came on. Now it’s in the shop again. I called them and they acted like they would try to make things right but they haven’t. I waited to write this review in hopes they would reach out to me…. Please beware.
