I needed a Push hand brace and was told that by my physician that J and K would run it through my insurance and get me a good price. I went straight from the doctors office and dropped off the prescription. They told me they would send the prescription to my insurance and get me a price. I called them back over a period of weeks, each time was an excuse as to why they had no information for me. Finally one kind worker followed up herself and got me the price.
