My first experience with this doctor's office was more than horrible. I had never been treated so horribly by office staff in my life. I left without even seeing the doctor. I normally don't complain, I just find a new doctor, however this treatment warranted a complaint to the customer experience line of Ohio Health. Fantastic Dr.
Just had total knee replacement and has been all bad, asked for another provider to finish my care,, no can't do it. My personal opinion is he needs to retire. There is 2 other woman in my area that also has bad deals with him. Very disappointed and now my leg is mangled.
