Utterly Underwhelmed – Hired these guys based on previous recommendations. They were courteous and professional at first. Then one phone call did not get returned. They were apologetic. I said no problem, these things happen. They came to repair a fairly bad leak in the bathroom of my office. The price they quoted was reasonable. Honest & dependable – I decided to call them based on the other reviews on this site, and I'm glad I did! I have never had as wonderful and easy an experience with a contractor as with J&J. Not only were they knowledgeable and friendly, but more importantly, they were honest people giving fair estimates. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends & family.
