Check the useability of all equipment BEFORE it goes out, and DEFINITELY improve on customer service! I just wasted an entire morning, plus two helpers I had to hire from LaPuente, been back and forth to your business twice today, and I've still literally got crap all over a restaurant floor, and STILL have a clogged drain. Aside from returning my money for a machine that didn't even work, I guess I stupidly hoped that some offer might be made for another machine? Service department promises not kept didn’t look at equipment until I walked back in 2 weeks later Pam finally open the equipment and said what’s wrong with it and found the problem within minutes of opening it😩 Could’ve told me that two weeks ago still wanted me to order a part which would take another two days to another week
