These guys were honest and found anyway to save me money but were still able to get the job done right. I read the one neg review they had recently and after meeting them I can not believe what the world has come to when someone could think of these guys in such a negative way. Superior Customer Service After checking reviews on Superpages and also finding an A+ BBB rating, I decided to call J Chase Plumbing. I suspected the water pressure in my house was too high (banging pipes, leaky faucets, etc.). J Chase informed me how I could save money by checking some things on my own, first. The guys came out and reviewed my issue, as I had a leak somewhere on my second floor. There were water stains on my ceiling and I was very concerned that something had burst. They identified what they believed to be the problem, gave me some advice on how to fix it and said to call them if the problem persisted. I did what they recommended and the problem is now solved. I Live in San Diego and called J Chase Plumbing when I had plumbing problems. Excellent customer service, get it done 'right' attitude, professional & prompt.I felt overwhelmed with a toilet & 3 shuts-offs replaced & 3 sinks installed. When J Chase Plumbing arrived and took over, it was like the Marines landed and took the beach! I felt a HUGE sense of relief knowing I was in their very expert hands. I will not call anyone else, except J Chase Plumbing. Do yourself a favor and call them. They're awesome!
Our bathtub water ran cold and our poor kids were freezing their patooties off. Luckily we found J Chase Plumbing on Superpages. We were so pleased with their work. Great Price and Great Job! J Chase Plumbing came out to my house in Poway on a Sunday and fixed my upstairs toilet and the leak under my kitchen sink in less than an hour. They were prompt and courteous and the price was excellent! I will certainly use them again! Thanks
