They show up fast after a phone call, tackle problems and make the bad plumbing situations go away! I have no plan to find another plumber as long as J Chase Plumbing exists. I called J Chase Plumbing & Drain out for a few different plumbing problems that had stacked up. They were really small problems but I was pretty clueless how to remedy them. Jason showed me how to "DIY" the repairs since it would be considerably cheaper for me to do the work myself. They were prompt, honest, knowledgeable, and very respectful. I called on a Saturday night and Mr. Chase came out 24 miles at 10 a.m. the next day on Sunday morning to fix badly leaking pipes supplying the washing machine in my garage. He said if I really needed him to come out on Saturday night he would, but it was late and I had no problem waiting 12 hours. He was no nonsense, just friendly and direct. Most Fantastic Plumbing Company Around!!! Kerry and Doug were fantastic! They were on time, honest, professional, and extremely personable. I discovered J&J earlier in the year and was so impressed with their service that they were the first and only company I thought of to take care of my lastest plumbing issue. Their phone number has found a place in my contacts list and I'd recommend you all to add it too. They're the best plumbers around!!
Called J Chase Plumbing out to fix a commercial power-assist toilet that wasn't flushing properly. They quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it for less than half of what we have been charged in the past. Since I had J Chase Plumbing provide an honest job, I realized how much other plumbers lied about the true problem just to perform useless work and charge me for it. These guys are great and will be used again in the future for any other problems.
I recently had a problem fixed with our master bath shower,something that several other plumbers were not able to figure out after I discussed with them on the phone, I called Kerry of J Chase Plumbing and Drain and he very confidently told me on the phone the likely problem and quoted me a price on the phone,came promptly at the appointed time,replaced the part and fixed the problem.He was very professional and knowledgeable and the total cost was very reasonable.I would highly recommend him.
