John the association manager is very rude. I made 3 requests in early December 2021 and it’s mid January 2022 and none of the requests have been met. These requests were made for the common areas his response was “you don’t own the common areas, you only own the inside of the unit” and “they’ll get done, when they get done.” Without providing a proper timeline to get these projects started or completed.
