Lovely Experience – I travelled all the way from Barbados to Miami to look for my dress for the big day. I visited all the bridal shops on the Miracle Mile and I must say that the service at J Del Olmo was the best. Even though they were busy when I visited, the staff were polite enough to let me know they would be with me shortly.This courtesy was not extended to me in many of the other stores I visited. Stay Away from J. Del Olmo – I visited J Del olmo to purchase a gown for my sons wedding that I have seen on line. The clerk told us after measuring me that they would have the gown in the store with plenty of time for the Wedding. After a month, they called and said the gown has arrived. We came into the store to try on, it didnot fit and the dress was defective. The clerk than asked their on staff tailor to look at the gown and the tailor told the clerk it was defective. Stressful for Bride to Be – My mother and I stumbled upon J. Del Olmo while looking for a wedding dress, and I fell in love. We went ahead and ordered it, got measured and I was on my way back up to Orlando. Since I had never been fitted for a dress like this before I didn't know I should have been wearing shoes, and no one advised me to so THE DRESS WAS ORDERED TOO SHORT. Friendly and Helpful – I walked in to the store and explained that I needed to be measured for a bridesmaids dress. The sales associate took the time to thouroughly measure me and was very pleasant. She treated me like a valued customer even though I didnt buy anything. I would recommend this store to anyone getting married.
