Excellent job servicing our chimney. Signed a contract on Friday and done on Monday. Very good work. I would highly recommend them.
In 2016 we hired Corrigan to replace a concrete front landing installed by the builder in 1953. Thus the original lasted 63 years. Corrigan’s contract stated that the original landing would be demolished by jackhammer and a new concrete landing would be poured for $3700. However only about 1/3 of the landing was removed by jackhammer before new concrete was poured. It exhibited spalling by 2022.
