Absolutely HORRENDOUS. I would NEVER, EVER hire Rick or any of his crew. On top of doing half haphazard work, he also caused more damage to my newly purchased house than anything. This job was started at the end up September 2018 and supposed to be done by October 2018. It’s now July 2019 and my upper floor is a complete wreck.
