I’ve always had good care from the person who checks you in, the person who talks to you about your problem, the X-ray techs and of course Dr Shaver. Listens to me and explains things well. From surgery to shots , was taken care of well.
Train wreck from start to finish! 1 year after Dr.Shaver replacing my knee, on 2/11/2025.I now have to have a revision!! He failed in pure negligence! His arrogance , dismissal & condescending remarks were totally unprofessional! I suffered with no answers to our questions, my incision opened a bit & it took 3 weeks to see him or his PA after my PT tech would not work with me until he seen it . Long story short.
