THE BEST JEWELER IN BELLEVUE Jose Chapa Hernandez is a Master Jeweler!...My family and I have been doing business with Jose for over 30 years and he is truly an artist. I have read some of these negative reviews and its clear to me that they confuse knowledge for arrogance. Very Sad (and Scary) Experience 15 years ago, my husband-to-be and I went to Jose to get our wedding rings. We were amazed at the artistic quality of his work, and we appreciated his working with us to design our rings. And the rings were gorgeous, and garnered many compliments over the years.

OBNOXIOUS, CONCEITED, INSULTING I still do not have my ring from this rude, arrogant, obnoxious, conceited jeweler. My wedding ring needed some repair that we were finding hard to get from any jeweler that we talked too. He came recommended from a friend (who obviously didn't know him very well) so we trusted that he would do a good job. He said he was going to do it himself in his shop because I didn't want it shipped all over the country. He said he would call us with an update.

AVOID THIS ARROGANT DISHONEST JEWELER I came in last week to this jeweler to look at a necklace and see what pieces he has in his store. I asked the prices on few different pieces since THE PRICES ARE NOT LISTED ON THE PIECES AND ARE MADE UP AS HE GOES ALONG DEPENDING ON WHO HE IS TALKING TO. Your talent is awesome My ring is special because you designed it. You were very helpful when I came in to select something , anything, but when I saw that ring, it was it. Your store is like eye candy. The strong sense of color, design and gems are amazing. You also repaired my 100 year old necklace when other jewelers said it could not be done without loosing the integrity of the cameo. The only jeweler for me! J Chapa Hernandez Jewelers sold me an extraordinary ring with a stunning Ellensburg Blue in the middle. Chapa himself designed, created, and finished the piece. Very rude jeweler After I proposed to my girlfriend (she said yes!) we found that the ring I got needed to be about 2 sizes smaller. She wanted to keep the ring I proposed with, so rather than send it back to the online jeweler I purchased it from, we came to J. Chapa Hernandez to get it resized. By the time we left, my fiance was close to tears.
