I would highly recommend this company for installation of new windows, having new doors installed or having siding put on your house. I had all 3 and everyone who came, from the owner, sales rep., the project manager to the workers, were respectful and caring. There was never a mess, they did a great job and my house looks amazing! Old Yankee Painting, a division of JC Tonnotti, painted our house. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of everyone we worked with. Marco and his crew were meticulous and cleaned up at the end of every day. Mike was very patient with us with choosing colors and was great to work with. We would highly recommend this company!

Our experience with JC Tonnotti was largely negative. Joe was extremely pleasant in the beginning phases of planning our windows. When we sent him our deposit, this is when he disappeared. We had been told that it would take 3 weeks for the windows to arrive. After 4 weeks I contacted the company and spoke to Melinda who brushed me off and told me they would be in soon. Very professional company to work with, responded quickly to my phone call for an estimate. Gave me a estimate via email at the end of the day after looking at the situation. Only needed one replacement window out in my garage. Window was ordered and I was advised would be about 3 wks, when window came in, they called to set up an install date.
