J.c. Tonnotti is a great company. I had new windows put into my condominium recently. The crew was on time, professional, and completed the job in one day as promised. I would definitely recommend using them for new windows or really anything around the house.
We contracted J.C. Tonnotti to come back out this year to replace another 3 windows in our home. The delivery and install all went very smooth. Mike and his crew were efficient and thorough, It was very nice to have the same lead on the job that did our last install. Knowing they are familiar with your home and the previous jobs done gives an added layer of comfort as a homeowner. I would highly recommend.

Over the last few months, we used J.C. Tonnotti to install a sliding door and 4 replacement windows in our home. All ******* Window products. We couldn't be happier with the results. We had some concerns with rot under the slider, they fix and replaced any damaged wood, walked me thru the process and did an amazing job with the replacement. The salesman just flat lied to me by telling my window was well over $600 because it would be a Harvey window. It wasn't The window they installed was a generic brand. Also the installer broke open the sheet rock on the inside by hammering the window in place from the outside too far into the house.

Dear **** We installed this window for you in 2010 no where on your contract does it state the brand of the window you were provided a name brand window with a full warranty package provided to you at the time of the install should you be having a problem with the window feel free to call us and we can help you resolve this all the windows we sell are name brand and come with full warranties. JC Tonnotti replaced 22 of our windows. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Our window order took approx. 6 weeks and once they received they contacted us immediately to schedule our install. Our installation took two days due to changing two kitchen windows and replacing the old basement windows (which required a bit more labor). The owner Joe Tonnotti, was very rude when he came to our house. He said "Do you think I just came out here to give you a estimate?" Then we were waiting for the company he uses to set up a loan for us to approve us for the loan. While waiting for the loan approval, My Wife asked him, "What if we are not approved for the loan?" His reply was, "then beg". This was not appropiate to me!!! We were approved for the loan, and had him install the windows.
