We had nineteen windows replaced in TWO days. TOTALLY professional and friendly. In two days no cell phones visible. We have never seen a harder working crew on any project we've had. Clean-up was impeccable. Indeed, during the clean-up one of the guys took a three and a half by five foot oriental rug outside and vacuumed it after the job was complete. We would highly recommend them for ANY project!!!!

We contacted JC Tonnotti for replacement of a front door and patio doors. we had previously contracted JC Tonnotti to update windows and were very happy with the workmanship and product and decided to give them a call. We recently had 23 new windows installed by J.C Tonnotti. The entire experience was refreshing in an environment when you have to chase people down for an appointment and subsequent follow ups. From the first meeting with Joe Tonnotti (to review options) to the final installation of the windows, we couldn’t have been more pleased. Joe came out and gave us options, never trying to upsell us. Horrible company! The work that was done was horrible. Window were hung uneven, with air gaps that air was flowing through. The painting there were large spots that were missed and uneven, just really terrible work. The worst part is when we complained they sent this creepy muscle head guy Steve to the house to “make things right”! He came over when I wasn’t home and my wife was alone, BIG MISTAKE. We were impressed with J.C. Tonnotti from their initial visit to our home to discuss replacing our windows, to the final installation. Communication and service was great. The completion of our project was actually ahead of schedule. We would highly recommend them.
An amazing company that defines integrity. Their entire team did a great job! Communication was clear and the quality behind the job was top notch. I would recommend them and use them again. Our 26 replacement windows came out excellent!
