Our experience with JC Tonnotti was largely negative. Joe was extremely pleasant in the beginning phases of planning our windows. When we sent him our deposit, this is when he disappeared. We had been told that it would take 3 weeks for the windows to arrive. After 4 weeks I contacted the company and spoke to Melinda who brushed me off and told me they would be in soon. Very professional company to work with, responded quickly to my phone call for an estimate. Gave me a estimate via email at the end of the day after looking at the situation. Only needed one replacement window out in my garage. Window was ordered and I was advised would be about 3 wks, when window came in, they called to set up an install date. We had all new Harvey Windows installed by JC Tonnotti last week and absolutely loved the workmanship that the JC Tonnotti crew provided. From Ed, Dave, Greg and John, the crew was great. They were very professional, very clean and very fast. The windows were installed in one day and we are happy to gain the benefits provided by new windows. The crew took away the old windows and cleaned up everwhere they had worked. Thank you Joe, Faith and the rest of your company.

We had a new Sliding patio door installed on June 21, 2018. Our installer, Greg, was very organized and extremely proficient at installing the new door. His work was of excellent quality and we were very satisfied with the installation, the quality of the door, and the workmanship. We had our kitchen window replaced yesterday may 15th ! The two that installed the window were wonderful, our house was built with about a 2inch slant so they worked very hard and the window is perfectly level! Even worked through the storm and cleaned up everything no mess for me to clean. Thank you would not hesitate to call them for any other work I want done!
