Went to this place for my first mani/pedi ever...I am 72. They put me in a pedi chair, slammed my feet in the water and told me $5.00 extra for caluses. Then pulled my right hand across my body to do a manicure?...I always thought a manicure was done in a chair facing the manicurist with hands resting on the table, but not here. She didn't wash my hands, clean my nails, massage my hands or anything...just cut my long nails, put acrylic on them, painted with clear and called that a $45.00 job.
