what kind of company is JC management?! – JC management is an unprofessional company as far as I know. They called our company to our service, and They arranged an appointment at 9AM, but nobody showed up until 10AM. When I called them ask why the late, they told me simply because the company's office hour is from 10AM. When I asked them why you scheduled appointment at 9AM if there is nobody would show up before 10AM, they couldn't answer my question. How "organized" that company is!!!!! Enters apartment without trying to contact tenant – Breaks the law, they fix nothing, send out statements that are incorrect, and without phone their phone number on it, and when you do call them, they don't want to deal with you. I hope they deal better with the landlord.
