Thanks! – JCM has always been good to me. They are consistently professional and pleasant to deal with. I've had some typical issues like everyone does with needing things fixed occasionally, and they've always been very good about it and quick to fix. Thanks for everything!

thanks JC – I had a recent maintenance issue and I was reminded of just how much I appreciate the help of JC management. I have always felt they show concern for tenants and handle things like they are just as important to them as it is to me.

Smooth Ride – For almost a year now I have been living in a unit managed by JC management. Everything has gone smooth. No major repairs have been needed but there has been some minor ones that came up. They were always responsive and handle my minor problems right away. I am very pleased with JC Management.

Horrible Service - They just want you money – Honestly, I wish I had good things to say about this company but unfortunately I dont. These people are completely incapable of doing anything and help people who they get paid from. You ask them for one thing that they are obligated to provide you but ...good luck with that! They don't return phone calls or emails. I thought I should just show up in their office one day because that would be the only way to get things done with them. The management company that dont want to be bothered – I don't like writing bad reviews but if its going to help others avoid my bad experience then Ill do it. JC Management could be the worse company you might find around. Not helpful, rude and they dont want to be bothered by you. We had another management company before that also wasnt good but this one is far worse. I am in the Board of Directors and I will bring the subject up in our next meeting to start looking for a different company. Stay away from them if you can.

unfairness – that office has changed so many staff members that the one that calls himself manager cannot tell the difference between good worker and user.The rude ones are still aboard but the ones that actually care and do their job are no longer there most likely fired.he needs to wake up and be a boss and not listen to supposingly some staff members that do not care and see his mistake of losing some of the best workers and keeping the ones that play him in their fingers. some are worth keeping but not all anymore.
